This program consists of 3 sessions lasting 3 hours each; covering budgeting, credit, tenant and landlord responsibilities, tenant law, how to be a good neighbor, and fair housing. In addition to receiving renting considerations from participating landlords, clients who earn a Tenant Certificate are also eligible for follow-up assistance from local banking professionals to help them stay on task and trouble-shoot any financial issues.

To complete the course and earn a Tenant Education Certificate, clients must attend all three sessions.

Classes are free and open to the public. Registration is required.
